MENT Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Burn the Boats Challenge platform at burntheboatschallenge.com. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

2.1 Information You Provide. Account information (email address, username/callsign), goal information (title, deadline, deposit amount), proof submissions (photos, videos, written notes), and communications you send to us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically. Device information (browser type, operating system), usage data (pages visited, actions taken, timestamps), and IP address.

2.3 Payment Information. We do not store your payment card details. All payment information is processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. We receive only a tokenized reference and transaction status from Stripe. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.

2.4 Third Party Information. Authentication data from Clerk, Inc., our identity provider. Please review Clerk's Privacy Policy at clerk.com/privacy.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers. Stripe, Inc. (payment processing), Clerk, Inc. (authentication), Supabase, Inc. (database and file storage), and Vercel, Inc. (hosting). Each provider is contractually obligated to protect your data.

4.2 Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request.

4.3 Business Transfers. If the Company is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We retain financial transaction records for a minimum of 7 years to comply with applicable tax and financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting legal@burntheboatschallenge.com. We may retain certain information as required by law or for fraud prevention.

We use essential cookies necessary for the Platform to function, including authentication session cookies managed by Clerk. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings but this may affect Platform functionality.
